        隨著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人民生活水平的不斷提高，廣大人民群眾對(duì)安全的需求日益增長(zhǎng)，對(duì)保安服務(wù)提出了更高、更新的要求。
        目前，國內(nèi)外保安市場(chǎng)需求旺盛，保安服務(wù)業(yè)的規(guī)模迅速發(fā)展壯大。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，2010年，我國保安服務(wù)企業(yè)有3000多家，專業(yè)保安從業(yè)人員約400萬人；生產(chǎn)保安產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)達(dá)到2.5萬家，從業(yè)人員超過120萬人，行業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達(dá)到2300多億元。“十一五”期間，保安行業(yè)年產(chǎn)值增長(zhǎng)速度超過全國GDP增速的1倍以上。特別是2010年開始實(shí)施《保安服務(wù)管理?xiàng)l例》以來，保安業(yè)正進(jìn)入一個(gè)更加規(guī)范、快速的發(fā)展新時(shí)期。預(yù)計(jì)未來五年，該產(chǎn)業(yè)每年將保持近20%的發(fā)展速度，到2015年行業(yè)產(chǎn)值規(guī)模將在目前基礎(chǔ)上翻一番。

Along with the rapid economic development of China and the improvement of livelihood of Chinese people, the demand for security has increased .High quality of security service has become the significant factor for social harmony and stability.

The Chinese security service industry is expected to keep fast growth in a long time. By 2010, the number of security employees in China has reached eight millions. The number of enterprises producing security products is about 25 thousands and the relevant employees are more than 1.2 millions. During the past 5 years, the growth rate of Chinese security industry is almost twice of the national GDP growth rate. Especially since the “Regulations on the Administration of the Security Service” launched on January 1, 2010, the Chinese security industry has entered a new fast development period. The industry is expected to keep nearly 20% annual growth rate in the next five years.

        經(jīng)公安部和科技部批準(zhǔn)，中國保安協(xié)會(huì)將于2011年10月在北京全國農(nóng)業(yè)展覽館舉辦中國國際保安裝備技術(shù)產(chǎn)品博覽會(huì)。本次博覽會(huì)具有以下特點(diǎn)：
        一、產(chǎn)品與用戶的結(jié)合。絕大部分安防、技防產(chǎn)品的最終選擇、使用離不開遍布城鄉(xiāng)的保安企業(yè)、保安從業(yè)人員。中國保安協(xié)會(huì)是全國保安服務(wù)業(yè)唯一一家行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)，作為博覽會(huì)的主辦方，協(xié)會(huì)屆時(shí)將邀請(qǐng)全國保安從業(yè)單位的負(fù)責(zé)人和行業(yè)主管部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參觀此次博覽會(huì)，為供、需雙方見面搭建便捷的交流平臺(tái)。
        二、技防與人防的結(jié)合。在此次博覽會(huì)中，從事技防產(chǎn)品、安防產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)，與從事人防的保安企業(yè)可以面對(duì)面接觸，互通有無，共話發(fā)展。
        三、技術(shù)與服務(wù)的結(jié)合。保安行業(yè)是一個(gè)服務(wù)性行業(yè)，要做好服務(wù)需要一定的技術(shù)作為手段。在科技飛速發(fā)展的今天，誰擁有先進(jìn)的技術(shù)，誰就擁有未來。此次博覽會(huì)為安全技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品提供一個(gè)展示自己的舞臺(tái)。
